Valley of the Ten Peaks

Valley of the Ten Peaks

Valley of the Ten Peaks is a valley in Banff National Park that is crowned by ten notable peaks and also includes Moraine Lake. The valley can be reached by following the Moraine Lake road near Lake Louise. The ten peaks were originally named by Samuel Allen, an early explorer of the region, who simply referred to them by using the numerals from one to ten in the Stoney First Nations Language.

I’m going to bring you back to Banff, Alberta, Canada this week. It’s such an amazing place. It’s definitely on my list of places to revisit. I’m going to start the week at Moraine Lake and the Valley of the 10 Peaks. I’m not sure if there is a better way to start the day then a sunrise at the Valley of the Ten Peaks. It’s such an amazing sight! Have a great Monday!
